More changes in the female CS:GO scene as Klaudia “klaudia” Beczkiewicz has stepped down from Assassins.

This move came as a surprise to some as it was announced immediately following the teams victory at the Women’s Esports League season 1 event at the Skellefte? Kraft Arena. Assassins took down Lazarus fe 3-1 in what was klaudia’s last outing with the squad.

klaudia shared the news alongside a team photo stating that she will be “taking a break [from] CSGO until I move into my own place in few months.”

While this drew some attention with people wondering what could have caused the 23-year-old to leave the team following a championship, klaudia insisted there was no drama in a follow-up tweet.

klaudia has played with several top womens teams including CLG red. She will be reuniting with some of those previous teammates during the DreamHack Madrid qualifier where she claims they will be playing “for fun.”

She’ll be joining up with Stephanie “missharvey” Harvey, Brianna “masq” Becker, Julie “Bouchard” Bouchard, and Juli for the qualifier.

CLG Red replaced Benita “bENITA” Novshadian on the starting roster last week, bringing back Catherine “CAth” Leroux who had parted ways with Dignitas fe recently.
